1. General

These terms of use apply to the services of mp3lecture.com, which can be accessed via various Internet domains. These terms of use are accepted in conjunction with the download, installation or other use of page content. Statutory regulations shall fully apply irrespecive of these provisions.


2. Scope of use


The content provided by mp3lecture.com is intended exclusively for private use. Any other form of use, especially commercial use, is explicitly forbidden unless legal permission has been granted by the rights holders concerned and/or mp3lecture.com.


3. Upload and acceptability of content

Generally, the content offered by mp3lecture.com is provided and determined by the users themselves. 5. Legal concessions

Users grant mp3lecture.com complete rights of use in respect of the uploaded contents, including the right to make the content available. This right of use includes the download of contributions in mp3 format offered by mp3lecture.com. The consent necessary for the user declaration of intent that grants legal rights to mp3lecture.com is deemed to have been given when the uploaded content is placed online by mp3lecture.com. Users and rights holders who upload content receive no compensation for the implicitly granted permission thus given.

Users who infringe such intangible property rights will be excluded from mp3lecture.com’s content and prosecuted. The upload of music is strictly prohibited. mp3lecture.com reserves the right to report infringements to trade associations in the music industry.


7. Final provisions


In the event of any individual provisions of these terms of use be ineffective then the other terms of use remain in effect. Accordingly, an interpretation of the provision concerned will be chosen which is as close as possible to the ineffective one.
